KEDA Leisure Limited ceased trading on 23/09/2020 due to ongoing financial issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team has worked tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service to thousands of customers over the past few months but with the prospect of the pandemic continuing for several months, the difficult decision has been made to close the business.

This is an incredibly difficult time for everyone and we understand that any customers with outstanding orders will be keen to receive returned funds as soon as possible. Our customer services phone lines have been closed and our customer services email inbox will no longer be monitored due to severely reduced staff levels. Please fill in the form below if you have an outstanding order that you are waiting to receive a refund for. We aim to respond to your request within 14 days but please note that refunds may take several weeks due to high demand.
